⋒ CLAY CUTTER MEASUREMENTS

The dimensions of our cutters are the measurements of the entire cutter including the handle. Due to the nature of our plastic, please keep in mind the dimensions may be larger or smaller by a millimetre or less.

Our cutter blades are 0.4 mm in width, which is wide enough to prevent breakage, but thin enough for a clean, sharp cut! The embossing blades are 0.2-0.4 mm since breakage isn't nearly as much of a risk as they're protected within the cutter walls, and with this thin measurement our cutters will be able to emboss your piece down to the tiniest precise detail.

Necklaces

You may find yourself in the position to choose your own desired necklace length via the dropdown menu for particular styles. Here is a little guide to help you decide which size is right for you! (Keep in mind this can vary from person to person as everyone is different)

18 inches - Sits on or just above the shirt collar, mid-way between the neck and bust

24 inches - Sits below the shirt collar, on the bust

30 inches - Sits below the bust

⋒ CUTTER CARE

- For smaller cutters especially, to avoid clay sticking to the cutters you can apply cornstarch to the blade before use. You can also mist your cutter blades with water, or place plastic wrap between the cutter and the clay. If you choose to use cornstarch, you can easily brush it off your piece after cutting, our clean your piece with soap and water after baking.

-Although our cutters are durable, they aren't invincible. Avoid applying excessive to the cutting wall, or bending the cutter in any way.

-Clean your cutters gently after use with cold soap and water or rubbing alcohol. Any clay that gets stuck can be removed with a needle, tooth pick or small blade (carefully).

Processing Times

The processing time of your order means the amount of time Avsthetics will take to process, prepare and dispatch your order to shipping services. Our processing time is 3-5 business days, which means upon ordering your product won't ship for 3-5 business days post purchase. This applies for both domestic (Canadian) and international orders.

Domestic Orders (Canada)

When ordering from Avsthetics within Canada, you will have the choice between two shipping methods; standard and express. Being a Canadian-owned company, Avsthetics offers free standard shipping to all orders within Canada! Below, you can read the details on each shipping method:

Standard Shipping via Canada Post

-Takes approximately 3-9 business days once dispatched (not counting processing time)

-Does not come with tracking

-Free

Express Shipping via Canada Post

-Takes approximately 1-2 business days once dispatched (not counting processing time)

-Comes with tracking

-Not free, costs a flat rate of $21.90

International Orders (US)

When ordering from Avsthetics within the US, you will have the choice between two shipping methods; standard and express.  Below, you can read the details on each shipping method:

Small Packet Air via Canada Post 

-Takes approximately 5-8 business days once dispatched (not counting processing time)

-Does not come with tracking

-Does not come with an on-time delivery guarentee

-Costs a flat rate of $10.00 CAD

  Express Shipping via Canada Post

-Takes approximately 2-3 days once dispatched (not counting processing time)

-Comes with tracking

-Comes with an on-time delivery guarantee

-Costs a flat rate of $34.90 CAD

After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us within 06 hours. If you do not make any changes to your order within 06 hours, the order will be sent to production, and you will have to waive the right to adjust the order details or to cancel it.

- The design of personalized items cannot be adjusted after the order is successfully finalized.
- You may make changes to your ordered item’s color and/or size unless that change results in any fluctuation in the price of the final item.
- The item quantity in a discounted order and the product type of your order cannot be changed. If you have any need for these changes, please contact us to cancel the order, after which you can then place a newly revised order.
